As long time coaches, we know how important it can be to practice and play on fields that are lined and maintained. Not only can fields be safer for play, but they can help players develop better field IQ for any sport. The cost of our lining services are below the average costs across the country, similar to what teams get charged for lining by their local public schools. We feel we can help school systems and other organizations free up the time of their maintenance personnel to focus on priority tasks and also free up volunteer and coach time attempting to perform these same tasks. If you work with us, you will get fields that look better, are in better shape, and that will fill your teams, parents, and staff with a sense of happiness and pride.
Teams, Clubs, and Facilities raise money by asking for general donations or selling player and business field logos that are painted every time the field is lined (about every 1 to 2 weeks). This is a cool way to fundraise while also getting some great looking fields and logos that parents, players, coaches, and facilities can take pride in. We provide a fundraising platform that has one of the lowest cost in the industry. Our clients are only responsible for the cost of our lining and field maintenance services and our platform cost. Our platform cost is typically around 3 to 4% of overall money brought in, of which credit card processing is the bulk (usually 2.9% and $0.30 per transaction). However, donors often cover most of those fees. We do not charge any other platform fees for the Lineraiser service when it’s used to raise money for our field lining and supplemental maintenance services.
We utilize robotic field liners that incorporate GPS technology so that you have crisp straight lines on your field. We also have graphic designers on staff to help create custom field logos to help you raise funds to cover the cost of lining and supplemental field maintenance.
Mowing can make or break a field. If you don’t mow frequently enough, you risk damaging fast growing turf by cutting off too much with each mow…or you risk cutting off most of the line paint you just put down. Long grass can also increase the odds of injury to players. Sometimes it’s necessary to mow a couple times a week to maintain professional looking fields and keep turf healthy.
While we don’t provide complete field renovations, during our lining and mowing service we help correct minor field issues like pot-holes and divots to ensure a level playing surface for teams as well as our lining equipment.
We can create parking lot lines on grass for special events to help with self-park options.
* In most cases, fundraising goals will be met after five player logos and five 5’x5′ logos sold per field per season. Teams/Clubs/Organizations that do not meet fundraising goals will have to pay the balance (of expenses not covered) at the end of the season.
